Bioregulator Peptides, What they are and what they do

Today the population of developed countries has an average lifespan of 80 years, during that life we spend approximately 30% of our energy to protect our body against harmful factors. Environmental hazards, stress and radiation cause changes in the structure of genes, which, in turn, accelerate aging and shorten our life expectancy by 30-40%.

Today’s scientific progress has made it possible to control the aging process. This is based on a bioregulatory system operated by cellular mediators called peptides. The functions of peptides include the exchange of information between cells of the endocrine, nervous and immune systems, the reconstruction of organs and tissues, the restoration of weakened functions and the regulation of gene activity.

The short-chain peptides are tissue-specific and connect to the relevant parts of the genes. They open DNA molecules and access the data contained in genes to correct tissue and prevent abnormalities that may occur during cell division. In other words, each specific peptide regulates the activity of a particular gene, while the genes, in turn, direct protein synthesis. Since aging is associated with extensive changes in both general and specific protein synthesis, a multi-peptide cure can restore optimal functioning of the body and prevent premature aging.

Already 40 years ago, when working at the SM Kirov Military Medical Academy (former USSR),  Prof. Khavinson , world famous gerontologist and currently  President of the European Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, discovered the link between short-chain peptides and DNA. Together with his colleagues he developed a complicated method of extracting peptides from different animal tissues, which he has continued to study ever since. There are currently 16 different natural peptide complexes, including the two most efficient –  Endoluten and  Vladonix – which have been shown to be able to prevent premature aging and extend life expectancy by 30-40%.

These products are very effective, act quickly and have no side effects: animal and human peptides are identical, so the human body recognizes them as its own. In addition, short-chain peptides normalize protein synthesis without overstimulating it. More than 15 million people have successfully undergone peptide treatments over the last 30 years.

As time passes, the amount of peptides in the body decreases and this accelerates the deterioration of tissues, which eventually causes aging. Correct tissue function requires an adequate amount of peptides, which are responsible for optimizing gene function. Peptides present in specific cells are synthesized in those specific cells. Thus, as cell function weakens over time, peptide production decreases, which further impairs cell function and, as a result, can cause a clinical condition. The use of short chain peptides is one of the best possibilities to stop the aging process through the stimulation, proliferation and regeneration of tissues and increasing the number of cells.

Another important advantage of peptides is their great antitumor property. At the moment, the use of peptides is the best accessible method for cancer prevention and recovery, as it allows the renewal of cells and tissues. This objective can be achieved not only with the regulation and coordination of cyclic processes, but also by reinforcing cell division without risk of anomalies, in an adequate manner for tissue reconstruction.

The experience of 30 years of clinical studies of peptides points out three main aspects of their application in gerontology. The first is gerontoprotective. The ultimate goal of gerontological research is to slow aging and extend the duration of human life and, in particular, the working period. The effectiveness of the peptides has been confirmed by experiments. Its prolonged administration to mice, rats and fruit flies caused an extension of 30-40% of their average lifespan. The gerontoprotective effects of Thymalin ( Vladonix ) and Epithalamin ( Endoluten) were dynamically examined for 14-20 years and demonstrated to be highly effective in clinical application. Normal values of the indices of the two main homeostatic systems – neuroendocrine and immunological – were restored in middle-aged and elderly patients.

The second is preventive. The peptides can be administered to healthy subjects for the prevention of age-related involutional changes, which are prerequisites for pathological developments. The third is therapeutic. It consists of the administration of peptides for the treatment or rehabilitation of older patients with various diseases and pathologies.

Peptides are not transformed in the digestive system and anyone can use them since they have no side effects. Its effect manifests itself gradually since it takes a certain period to compensate for the lack of peptides. Please note that the use of peptides is not a substitute for any medical examination or treatment!

For the first time in the world of medicine, a bioregulatory therapy for the restoration and preservation of the main functions of organs and tissues has been designed and implemented throughout the genetically determined average human life (110-120 years). The complex of measures to prevent age-related pathologies, slow down aging and, thus, prolong life up to the specific limit, is based on the administration of bioregulatory peptides.
